Commercial Transparency

Affiliate Disclosure

How PINOUT & PLATE earns revenue through overseas retail links without increasing your purchase price.

Direct Commission Notice

PINOUT & PLATE participates in affiliate marketing programs. Some links pointing to merchant listings, component kits, barebones keyboards, and modding tools on overseas marketplaces (including AliExpress and global hobby retailers) are affiliate referral links.

If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, PINOUT & PLATE may receive a small referral commission at no additional cost to you. The price you pay on the seller's storefront remains exactly the same.

Our Sourcing & Link Principles

Specification Over Commission

Recommendations and component match-ups are based on technical compatibility (socket pins, plate layouts, case clearance), never on affiliate rate differentials.

Full Cost Awareness

We aim to present full build costs by highlighting international shipping fees and import thresholds alongside the base component listing price.

Visible Placement

Commercial links remain clearly designated across articles and build checklists so readers always understand how references are financed.
